The above photograph is showing a frontal view of the main OPD wing of Guru Gobind Singh Hospital, Jamnagar (formerly Irwin Group of Hospitals).  It is the main hospital of the area and  serves as a referral center for whole of Saurashtra. It is also is a teaching institute by virtue of it's affiliation with adjoining M.P.Shah Medical College, Jamnagar. The total capacity of the hospital is around 1500 beds and it is fully equipped  with all basic facilities as well as some advanced facilities also. It is a government institute and patients are treated free of charge.
